Samuel Brice Hall is an Atlanta entrepreneur who guides Piedmont Private Equity, LLC’s investor relations and communicates closely with clients on portfolio strategy. Responsible for tax mitigation and wealth conservation strategy, he works with third party advisors and other financial professionals, as well as investors. Samuel Brice Hall’s experience extends to a past role as senior accountant with Pratt-Thomas, Gumb & Company’s audit department. His areas of sectoral analysis spanned nonprofits, real estate development, and manufacturing.
Mr. Hall subsequently oversaw a full range of accounting functions for the Noisette Company, LLC, as well as subsidiaries of the real estate development firm. He has held similar responsibilities with the metal fabrication business Chuck G. Fabrication, Inc. Mr. Hall’s areas of expertise include land trusts, solar energy farms, and donations of land that is conservation eligible.
Mr. Hall is an avid reader who enjoys mysteries and historical fiction, and reads Harper Lee's To Kill a Mockingbird every few years. An accounting graduate of the University of North Carolina (UNC) at Chapel Hill, he maintains a connection with his alma mater as UNC Alumni Club-Atlanta member and follows Tar Heels basketball.
